Réceptionniste Bilingue

Lieu : Candiac, Québec
Durée du contrat : 6 mois

Chez Raise, nous recrutons un Réceptionniste Bilingue pour l'un de nos clients de premier plan. Après s'être imposé comme un leader de son secteur, ce client agrandit désormais son équipe afin de répondre à une demande croissante. Responsabilités :

Premier point de contact de l'organisation pour les visiteurs et les appelants, assurant une communication professionnelle.
Réception et transfert des appels avec courtoisie et efficacité.
Accueil des visiteurs, vérification des documents d'inscription et application des consignes de sécurité.
Gestion du courrier entrant et sortant, y compris les services de messagerie, et entretien de la machine à affranchir.
Planification des rendez-vous et des réunions, et réservation des salles de conférence.
Commande des repas pour les employés et les visiteurs.
Gestion des stocks de fournitures de bureau, passation des commandes et administration.
Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour les informer des arrêts de production et autres interruptions de service.
Gestion des badges des nouveaux employés, des fournisseurs et des visiteurs.
Participation aux projets administratifs.
Aide à toute autre tâche administrative.

Compétences essentielles :

Bilinguisme français-anglais requis.

Bilingual Receptionist

Contract Length: 6 Months

Responsibilities

Acts as the organization's first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional communication.
Receives and directs calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Welcomes visitors, ensures and maintains proper sign-in documents and explains/follows safety procedures.
Completes all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, including courier services and manages maintenance of the postage machine as applicable.
Schedules appointments, meetings and books conference rooms.
Orders lunch for both employees and visitors.
Assists with managing the office supplies stockroom, places office supplies orders and maintains effective administration.
Contacts vendors and suppliers as requested to advise of plant/site shutdowns and other disruptions in service.
Maintains badges for new hires, contractors and visitors.
Assists administrative projects as assigned.
Assists with other administrative activities where required.

Must-have Skills:

Bilingual French and English Required.
