Our client, a fast growing technology company and is seeking a Senior HR Director to join its leadership team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening leadership capabilities, and building scalable HR practices that support continued growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Human Resources function across Canada and the United States
Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives
Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
Develop and enhance HR programs, policies, systems, and processes
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
Lead and mentor members of the HR team
Manage office administration and workplace support functions
Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, performance, and culture across the organization

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
Experience supporting organizations through growth, change, or scaling initiatives
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR compliance
Experience supporting US-based employees or operations is considered a strong asset
Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions
Strong understanding of performance management and organizational development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working within technology or high-growth environments is preferred
CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation is considered an asset
