Salary: CA$70,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our Environmental Services division. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our environmental solutions across a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the environmental services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, and commercial/industrial stakeholders
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while consistently generating new leads
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, within environmental services, waste management, Chemical sales, hazardous Waste Sales or a related industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience selling environmental services such as waste management, remediation, or recycling solutions
- Existing network within construction, property management, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
