The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the warehouse supervisor in daily warehouse operations and floor coordination. This role combines warehouse administrative duties with team lead responsibilities, including labor coordination, task assignment, operational support, inventory and documentation control, and on-site communication.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, hands-on, and capable of supporting both warehouse operations and office-related coordination work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Team Coordination

Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and workflow coordination
Assign daily tasks and coordinate floor operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
Provide on-site operational guidance and support to warehouse staff
Monitor work quality and help prevent operational errors or missed shipments
Track daily workload, order volume, and productivity records
Report operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, system issues, or workflow abnormalities
Assist with floor discipline management and attendance tracking

Administrative & System Support

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly labor plans and timesheet records
Record and categorize attendance information and assist with attendance improvement tracking
Enter and update data accurately in WMS, spreadsheets, and company systems
Assist with office and warehouse supply applications and organization
Organize and stock supply cabinets, break rooms, and common areas.
Support cross-department communication related to warehouse operations

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse administration, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment required
Previous team lead or floor coordination experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or dropshipping operations preferred
Familiar with warehouse workflows and WMS systems
Strong organizational, communication and document management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize system work and real-time requests
Extreme attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) are an asset
Ability to support both operational and administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
