Digital Content Designer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Content Designer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4-5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Digital Content Designer - Job Description:
The Digital Content Designer will be involved in creating and documenting content that aligns with mobile standards, ensuring clarity and consistency. The role involves collaboration with designers to identify client and business needs, evaluate solutions, and support cross-functional partners in designing and building effective solutions.

Digital Content Designer - Responsibilities:

Create and document content meeting mobile standards
Collaborate with designers to research client and business needs
Evaluate potential solutions and translate content
Support product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams
Develop content strategies to support client needs
Facilitate design activities and ideation sessions
Create client-focused textual content adhering to design principles
Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance
Manage content documentation and lifecycle

Digital Content Designer - Mandatory Skills:

1+ year of experience
Demonstrated writing and editing skills
Experience with Figma
Experience in mobile-first and/or UX content
Basic understanding of product design
Usage of AI as a tool

Digital Content Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience designing agentic experiences
Experience with large design teams and multiple stakeholders
Confluence, Jira experience
Experience in content strategy projects
Basic knowledge of written French

Digital Content Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP

Digital Content Designer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4-5 days in the office.
