Ultra Maritime is seeking Senior/Principal Engineers to play a leading role in a multi-disciplinary project team developing new and innovative solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy and its partners in the Anti-Submarine Warfare (AWS) domain.
The successful candidates will be the technical authority for their domain across Ultra Maritime’s underwater sensing portfolio, including sonobuoys, sonar systems, acoustic arrays, and ASW technologies. The engineers will use their domain technical expertise to propose, guide, design, test and substantiate solutions to a technical and non-technical audience.
Candidates will be required to perform non-specialism engineering tasks and support within their general discipline to support project and business needs.
This role is ideally suited to engineers who enjoy applying deep specialist expertise while remaining actively involved in the broader engineering challenges associated with the design, development, manufacture, integration and support of complex systems.
Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
