DESCRIPTION

Luxia souhaite préparer l’avenir et ainsi accueillir un(e) Opérateur(trice) Commande Numérique, dans le cadre d’un CDI.Au sein de l’atelier de production, vous êtes en charge des opérations de découpe des tapis de moquette sur la machine à commande numérique

RESPONSABILITES

Lire et interpréter les dessins techniques et bons de travail.
Préparer les matières premières, sécuriser les pièces et choisir les outils appropriés.
Optimiser le placement des pièces dans le logiciel afin de réduire les pertes de matière.
Exécuter les travaux assignés en respectant les exigences de qualité et les délais.
Réaliser des autocontrôles à toutes les étapes du processus de coupe.
Compléter les rapports de production, registres de consommation de matières et listes de contrôle qualité.
Effectuer le nettoyage et l’entretien préventif de base de la machine CNC.

Respecter les règles de sécurité en vigueur et maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé.

EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES:

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (un diplôme professionnel en usinage ou en fabrication est un atout).
Expérience en opération de machines CNC (1 à 3 ans préférés, selon le niveau du poste).
Formation en sécurité industrielle (SIMDUT est un atout).
Capacité à soulever des charges légères à moyennes.
Capacité à lire et comprendre la documentation technique.
Bonne connaissance de SolidWorks pour visualiser et interpréter les dessins (un atout).
Maîtrise des outils informatiques industriels tels que Microsoft Office et les systèmes ERP.
Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les autres départements.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer les priorités.
Esprit d’équipe et fortes aptitudes à la collaboration.

DESCRIPTION

Luxia wishes to prepare for the future and thus welcome a Numerical Control Operator, as part of a permanent contract. In the production workshop, you will be in charge of the carpet mat cutting operations on the numerical control machine

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
Prepare raw materials, secure parts and choose appropriate tools.
Optimize part placement in the software to reduce material loss.
Execute assigned work in accordance with quality requirements and deadlines.
Carry out self-checks at all stages of the cutting process.
Complete production reports, material consumption records and quality checklists.
Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance of the CNC machine.

Comply with the safety regulations in force and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent (a professional diploma in machining or manufacturing is an asset).
Experience in CNC machine operation (1-3 years preferred, depending on the level of the position).
Industrial safety training (WHMIS is an asset).
Ability to lift light to medium loads.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
Good knowledge of SolidWorks to visualize and interpret drawings (an asset).
Proficiency in industrial IT tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Team player and strong collaboration skills.
