Assemblers (All Levels – Entry to Senior)

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components for high-quality, small-scale electronics manufacturing.

Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of hands-on experience, we offer training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience, your duties may include:

Entry-Level Assemblers

Assemble electronic components and circuit boards using hand tools and soldering equipment
Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams
Inspect work for accuracy and completeness using basic visual inspection techniques
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow safety protocols
Assist experienced team members with more complex assemblies
Package and label finished products

Intermediate-Level Assemblers

Perform hand and machine soldering (through-hole and SMT) with precision
Conduct functional tests on completed boards using basic testing equipment
Diagnose and correct common assembly errors
Train and assist entry-level staff as needed
Maintain detailed production records and quality checklists

Senior Assemblers

Lead complex or prototype PCB builds
Read and interpret advanced blueprints, BOMs, and technical drawings
Perform rework and repairs to IPC standards
Provide feedback to engineering or design teams on assembly challenges
Train and mentor junior staff
Ensure compliance with ESD, quality, and safety standards across the line

Qualifications and Experience

Required (All Levels):

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Comfortable working with small parts and fine tools
Basic understanding of electronics and components

Preferred by Level:

Entry-Level

0–1 year of electronics or manufacturing experience (training provided)
Familiarity with basic hand tools and soldering (a plus)

Intermediate

1–5 years of experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
Skilled in soldering and working with PCBs
Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards (preferred)

Senior

5+ years’ experience in PCB/electronics assembly
IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (preferred)
Experience in prototype, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments
Leadership or team lead experience is an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
