Located at the Edmonton Head Office-Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid) with required flexibility to respond to the needs of the business which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What your day to day will look like:
You will be reporting into the Health and Safety Manager
Health & Safety Program Management

Develop, review, update, and maintain Health & Safety policies, programs, Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), and Emergency Response Plans

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

Conduct legislative reviews and implement updates
COR Audit & Compliance Management

Lead internal COR audit processes
-
Coordinate maintenance and certification audits

Conduct site visits, interviews, and documentation validation
Data Analytics & Reporting

Develop automated reporting systems

Produce KPI, board, and compliance reports

Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Systems & Technology Administration

Administer BIS Safety Software and SharePoint

Manage user access and system updates

Support workflow automation

What you'll need to succeed:
- Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related field

3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety

Experience with COR audits preferred

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office

Experience with safety systems and data tools

Analytical and detail-oriented
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work independently
Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 20% of travel.

- 20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter

20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)

30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
