Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, experience with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Along with proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. DO NOT APPLY BLINDLY. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and clients
Perform data entry tasks accurately using various software tools
Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and accessible
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained

Qualifications

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
Collecting payment from clients in person or over the phone.
Attention to detail for proofreading and document management
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
Fluent in English, and Punjabi, Hindi and can communicate professionaly
Previous experiance in industrial or commercial office environment for shipping and receiving.

Pay: $19.25-$23.00 per hour
