What is Levven Doing?

Levven Electronics designs, manufactures, and sells wireless lighting control systems. Our smart switches save time and materials. Levven products get installed in new homes and commercial buildings, and in renovation and retrofits in existing structures. We're growing fast. We need someone who keeps orders accurate and customers confident every step of the way.

Levven's Order Desk

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Desk Coordinator manage customer quotes, product selection, and orders. It's important for us to provide customers with reliable order fulfillment.

As our Order Desk Coordinator, you'll be the reliable link between our customers and our fulfillment process. You'll process orders accurately, keep customers informed, catch problems before they become jobsite emergencies, and help our resellers sell more Levven product with confidence.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on order, follow-through, and making complex things run smoothly. Your diligent, positive approach will help Levven earn a reputation of being an easy company to do business with.

What You'll Do

Own the order desk — enter sales orders accurately into our ERP, confirm quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and addresses, and coordinate with fulfillment and shipping to keep orders on schedule.
Resolve issues before they escalate — track open orders, flag risks (shortages, incomplete info, delays), and manage exceptions like backorders or shipping errors.
Support customers directly — answer inbound calls and emails, help customers order the right materials for their project (new construction vs. retrofit, Quick Kits, etc.), and coach them on our online ordering tools.
Help resellers grow — support distributors, contractors, and builders so they can sell and install Levven products with confidence.
Improve how we work — report recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and help us build smarter systems (including training AI tools to automate routine tasks).

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a customer-facing B2B role — order desk, inside sales, customer support, or account support
High attention to detail — order accuracy, addresses, quantities, and timing matter
Strong written and verbal communication, especially under pressure
Experience with order processing, shipping coordination, or fulfillment workflows
Comfort working in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Business Central, Odoo, or similar)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot risk early and close the loop
Nice to have: experience in construction, electrical distribution, building materials, or smart home technology
