Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with all functions of HR
Assist with recruitment
Conduct new-hire orientations and process new-hire paperwork.
Document corrective actions and attendance.
Manage the attendance tracking system
Create, generate, and analyze weekly reports.
Assist in the implementation and rollout of recognition and retention activities.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Background Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
Three years of previous employee relations experience is preferred.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Min of 1 + years of HR experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage highly confidential information.
Previous experience working in manufacturing environment
