About Us
DI Develop Inc. is a Vancouver-based technology company that builds online ordering websites for restaurants across Canada and the U.S. We’ve been in business for over 10 years and continue to grow steadily. We’re looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office organized and support day-to-day operations, finance, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate weekly team lunches (collect food orders and place the order)
Purchase and restock office supplies, snacks, drinks, and cleaning products
Manage equipment purchases (laptops, tablets, headphones, printers, etc.)
Prepare and ship company devices to clients (packaging, labeling, tracking)
Install and set up software on company devices before shipping
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including occasional trips to the post office
Maintain office organization (keys/fobs, landlord communication, coordinating cleaners)
Share company announcements (e.g., holiday schedules, office updates)
Provide light IT assistance (printers, devices, account setup)
Monitor systems and flag issues for the support team
Assist with client requests, including escalations and VIP clients
Communicate with designers, developers, and sales staff to gather or share information
Support finance tasks:
Process card payments and check for payment issues
Track outstanding balances
Mark invoices as paid and send invoices on request
Prepare and send reports (e.g., tax summaries, client billing summaries)
Create and manage company email accounts and internal access when needed
Assist with task tracking to ensure daily checks are completed

What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative, office, or operations experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using software tools (training provided)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Valid driver’s license and access to a car (for errands such as post office and Costco runs)
Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a strong asset, as some team members are overseas
Positive, proactive, and resourceful attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
