As we continue to expand, we're looking for an Operations Generalist—someone who enjoys wearing many hats and helping keep our people, equipment, and infrastructure operating at their best.
No two days are the same.
One morning you may be climbing a communications tower assisting with infrastructure upgrades. By afternoon you could be organizing warehouse inventory, repairing equipment, assisting with customer installations, or maintaining company facilities.

What You'll Do
- Assist with wireless tower construction, maintenance, inspections and upgrades
- Provide backup support for residential and commercial internet installations
- Assist technicians during complex field projects
- Receive, organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Track equipment, tools and material inventory
- Prepare equipment for field deployments
- Maintain fleet vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment
- Perform building and property maintenance including seasonal upkeep
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups and logistics as required
- Support emergency repairs and network restoration when required
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization throughout operations
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
What You Bring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools safely
- Experience with maintenance, construction, agriculture, mechanical trades or similar hands-on environments
- Comfortable working safely at heights, including ladders, rooftops, man lifts and communications towers (training provided)
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly as priorities change throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Able to work independently while remaining a strong team player
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset)
- Equipment operation, welding, electrical or telecommunications experience would all be considered assets
