Job Title: General Manager – Sales & Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead our sales strategy, operational performance, customer experience, and team development. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in building materials, construction products, or distribution, who understands the needs of builders and trades and can drive growth in a technical, fast‑moving industry.

The successful candidate is both strategic and hands‑on — capable of strengthening customer relationships, optimizing operations, and guiding a high‑performance team within a growing company focused on advancing high‑performance construction.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Growth

Lead and develop a sales function focused on results and customer success
Build and manage effective sales processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning
Drive new business opportunities with builders, developers, and trade partners
Support key accounts and participate directly in major sales opportunities and technical discussions
Track, measure, and expand sales with existing customers

Operational Excellence

Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, warehousing (2 locations), and fulfillment
Improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Partner with internal teams to deliver reliable product delivery and service

Team Leadership

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to unlock their full potential
Lead weekly operational planning and sales meetings with clarity and purpose

Customer Experience

Champion a customer-first mindset across all touchpoints
Ensure Performance Haus delivers consistent value and expert guidance in every interaction
Promote and enhance the company’s reputation for technical expertise and trusted solutions

Strategic Execution

Collaborate with ownership to shape longer-term strategic direction
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust plans to achieve business objectives
Balance execution with innovation and improvement in both sales and operations
