Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team.

About Us
We have 6 branches across Canada, specialize in supplying high-quality construction and agricultural equipment, helping customers find reliable machinery backed by professional service and support.

Sales and Customer Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, Facebook Messenger, and in-person visits.
Understand customers’ machinery and equipment needs and recommend suitable products.
Proactively follow up with potential leads and guide customers through the purchasing process.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
Maintain accurate customer information, notes, quotations, follow-up activities, and sales progress in Salesforce.
Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide excellent customer service.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction and work toward individual and company sales targets.
Travel locally when required to visit customers, attend events, or support sales activities.

Digital Marketing and Content Creation

Take clear and professional photos of machinery and equipment.
Film short and engaging machinery walkthrough videos for Facebook Reels, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Introduce machinery features, available inventory, and promotions on camera when required.
Create, post, and update equipment listings on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other local buy-and-sell platforms.
Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.
Respond professionally and promptly to social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience.
Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and dependable.
Positive attitude with strong initiative and a willingness to learn.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, social media, and in person.
Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and social media platforms.
Comfortable taking photos and filming or editing short videos using a smartphone.
Comfortable appearing on camera to introduce machinery and promotions.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-up tasks effectively.

Salesforce and CRM Requirements

Salesforce must be used daily as part of this position.
All leads, customer information, communication notes, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities must be recorded accurately in Salesforce.
Previous Salesforce or CRM experience is preferred.
Candidates without Salesforce experience must be quick learners and willing to complete training and follow the company’s Salesforce procedures.

Experience

Experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, automotive, hardware, equipment rental, or B2B sales is an asset but is not required.
