GGS Structures, a division of Pipp Horticulture is seeking a passionate and driven professional to join its innovative team as a Agri-Structure Sales Representative. This is a fully remote outside sales position with the ideal candidate residing or willing to relocate to Ontario. The role requires regular travel within your assigned territory, but no in-office presence is required on a regular basis.

The Agri-Structure Sales Representative will be instrumental in growing GGS’s customer base across Central Canada and Ontario. This role calls for a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach, with a strong emphasis on developing new business and building lasting client relationships.

GGS Structures, headquartered in Vineland Station, Ontario, is a leading designer and manufacturer of commercial greenhouses and fabric-covered structures.

Benefits:

Compensation up to $65,000 plus uncapped commission

Job Duties:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Present and demonstrate GGS’s greenhouse solutions tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events to promote GGS offerings

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, agriculture or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in greenhouse or agri-tech sector
Familiarity with greenhouse structures and environmental systems
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or site visits
