At Streamline Automation, we help our clients combine their imagination with our CNC technology to create products that set the creative bar. Our clients are innovative companies from around the world who create stunning themed environments, signage, sculpture, exhibits and a range of other projects.

Sound like fun? We’re looking for an organized, results-focused Administrator/Receptionist who can assist our staff with administrative duties, sales and marketing support, bookkeeping and accounting support, operations assistance, inventory, shipping, customer service, running errands, etc. Our ideal candidate is positive, motivated, driven and demonstrates the desire to work within a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as primary point of contact for customers

· Answer phone call and email inquiries in a professional manner

· Provide general office support

· Basic accounting - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Bank deposits

· Filing and organization

· Process sales orders in a timely, accurate manner

· Arrange shipments, schedule deliveries, pickups and collections as required with UPS, FedEx, other applicable couriers, shipping and trucking cross boarder and international ocean freight

· Process orders and complete inventory of supplies

· Resolve shipping and warranty issues

· Work as part of a team, with a wide variety of tasks assigned to you

· Booking and Managing Travel arrangements

· Running errands i.e., Bank deposits, meal runs for customers, supply pick up etc.

· Keeping the candy bowl well stocked

Qualifications and Experience

· Diploma

· Minimum 2 years relevant experience

· Ping Pong certified expert

*A combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration, especially for ping pong skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Strong knowledge of Windows Operation System (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Central).

· Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently with a proactive approach

· Commitment to continual professional development and growth

· Strong organizational skills

· Basic accounting knowledge

· Valid driver’s license

· Strong ability to know the difference between a Tim Hortons and Hoopla Donut
