Now Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: Manitoba (Applicants must have been Manitoba residents for at least 2 years)

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to power the next stage of our growth. This isn’t your average sales role — it’s a chance to make your mark in a fast-evolving tactical industry where relationships, innovation, and impact define success.

What You’ll Do

Identify and seize new business opportunities — and turn them into long-term partnerships
Build meaningful connections with key clients across tactical, military, and emergency sectors
Negotiate and close high-value deals that fuel our continued success
Manage leads and opportunities through Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Research market trends to stay ahead of competitors and anticipate client needs

What You Bring

Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
A strong track record of closing deals and exceeding goals
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities with precision and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
