La Boulangerie Lanthier une des filiales du groupe La Fournée Dorée et producteur des fameux pains briochés est à la recherche d'un(e) Opérateur(trise) à la production pour rejoindre son équipe de l'usine de baie-d 'Urfé au Québec. Si vous désirez rejoindre une entreprise familiale en pleine expansion et agrandir vos compétences dans le domaine de la boulangerie industrielle, c’est votre chance.

Taux horaire: 26,39$/h
Prime de nuit: $1.50/h (24:00(minuit) et 6:00)
Prime de soir : $0.90/h (18 :00 à 24 :00)
Prime d’assiduité 0.75$ (certaines restrictions s’applicables)

Responsabilités:

· Manœuvrer la machinerie et les équipements se rattachant à sa station de travail ( Emballeuse,

trancheuse, détecteur de métal, imprimante, tour de refroidissement, étiqueteuse) ;

· Déceler et résoudre les problèmes d’opération de la station de travail;

· Faire les ajustements nécessaires selon le type de pain produit;

· Compléter différents rapports;

· Respecter les bonnes pratiques de fabrication;

· Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité au travail.

Compétences et Qualification requises :

· DES terminé ou formation équivalente complété;

· Expérience en milieu industriel (un atout);

· Orienté vers le souci du détail, le sens de l'autonomie et l'esprit d'équipe;

· Avoir réussi l’évaluation pré‑emploi en mathématiques et en logique.

Production Operator

Boulangerie Lanthier, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée group and producer of our famous brioche buns, is looking for a Production Operator to join our team at our Baie-d'Urfé, Québec plant. If you'd like to join a fast-growing family business and expand your skills in industrial baking, this is your chance.

BENEFITS:

Hourly rate: $26,39/h
Night premium: $1.50/h (24:00(midnight) and 6:00)
Evening premium: $0.90/h (18:00 to 24:00)
Attendance bonus: $0.75 (certain restrictions apply)

Responsibilities:

· Operate the machinery and equipment attached to his workstation (Wrapper, slicer, metal detector, printer, cooling tower, labeling machine);

· Identify and resolve workstation operating problems;

· Make the necessary adjustments according to the type of bread produced;

· Complete various reports;

· Respect good manufacturing practices;

· Respect occupational health and safety rules.

Skills and qualifications required:

· Completed DES or equivalent training.

· Experience in an industrial environment (an asset).

· Detail-oriented, self-reliant and a team player.

·Having successfully passed the pre-employment assessment in mathematics and logic.
