Job Summary

Recent Grads welcome to apply!

Global freight forwarding company is looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service/Operations Coordinator to join their Mississauga office.

Employment Type: Longterm contract possibly to permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email providing exceptional service with professional phone etiquette
Dispatch local pickups and cross-border deliveries
Coordinate and monitor daily cargo shipments via computer systems
Track and trace shipments and provide ETA's to customers
Provide customers with updated information regarding delays or issues

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
Customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse client needs effectively
Strong computer skills including MS Office and data entry
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently
