Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Bobcat / Wheel Loader Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will safely perform excavation, grading, and material handling across various commercial and residential project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate Bobcats and Front-End Loaders.
Site Preparation: Perform final grading, backfilling, trenching, and site clean-up.
Material Handling: Load and transport dirt, gravel, asphalt, and construction debris.
Attachment Swaps: Swap and utilize attachments (buckets, augers, sweepers, forks).
Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections, fluid checks, and minor greasing.
Teamwork: Work closely with ground crews, spotters, and site foremen via hand signals or radio.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating skid-steers or wheel loaders.
Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean commercial driving abstract.
Certifications: Ground Disturbance Level 2 and CSTS-20 are highly preferred.
Skills: Ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and follow structural layout instructions.
Physical Fitness: Able to life up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods in moving equipment.
