Full job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Human Resources Administrative support is responsible for delivering timely and accurate administrative services that contribute to the effective functioning of the HR department. This role assists with recruitment activities, prepares and maintains employee documentation, supports HRIS data entry, coordinates communication with internal and external stakeholders, and helps facilitate onboarding processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary education in administration
Minimum 3 years in an administrative role is preferred
Ability to collect, enter and maintain data in various database systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Internet

REQUIREMENTS:

Provides comprehensive support to the Human Resources department across a wide range of responsibilities, projects, and initiatives
Coordinates and schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records accurate minutes, and distributes correspondence as required
Demonstrates strong self-motivation with excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization
Effectively manages competing priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
Maintains professionalism with empathy and strong interpersonal skills, handling complex situations in a fair and consistent manner
