This role reports into the above mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home or from a NORR office.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Applications Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise application solutions that improve how our business operates. As the senior technical expert on our Business Applications team, you will design and develop complex integrations, create scalable solutions, and implement technologies involving AI services and platforms to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Working closely with business leaders, solution architects, and developers, you will solve complex technical challenges while helping shape our application strategy and mentoring the next generation of developers.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Design and deliver complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise application solutions across multiple business systems.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.
- Create workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-enabled initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and recommend innovative approaches that deliver business value.
- Support and maintain integration standards, reusable components, and development best practices that improve quality and consistency.
- Ensure enterprise applications are reliable, secure, well monitored, and optimized for long-term performance.
- Mentor developers through technical leadership, code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing while serving as the technical escalation point for complex initiatives.
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience developing enterprise applications, integrations, or business solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering complex integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
- Advanced knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
- Strong programming skills using Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), security best practices, and enterprise authentication technologies.
- Experience with AI-enabled technologies or integrating AI services into business applications is considered an asset.
- Experience working as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, or experience working directly with those roles.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and drive development best practices.
