Primary focus: Support, administer, and improve enterprise GenAI platforms while contributing to AI-enabled solution delivery. Regular duties: Platform support is a core part of the role, including issue triage, access support, onboarding, documentation, and operational follow-through. Working model: Collaborative, cross-functional engagement with business stakeholders, developers, architects, security, support teams, and vendors.
As a Consultant – GenAI Platforms, you will be part of a team responsible for enabling, operating, and continuously improving Deloitte's Generative AI platform ecosystem. You will work across leading AI technologies, supporting platform operations, helping users adopt GenAI capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the development and delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
Your day will balance platform support with solution delivery. Platform support is an expected part of regular duties and includes operational follow-through, user enablement, issue triage, access support, documentation, and escalation coordination. Over time, this role will help build the technical, consulting, and delivery experience required to progress into Senior Consultant-level GenAI development and platform engineering roles.
Provide day-to-day operational support for GenAI platforms, including issue triage, user onboarding, access management, and platform troubleshooting.

Support the administration and maintenance of GenAI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and related platforms.

Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions and automation capabilities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, security teams, technology support teams, and vendors to resolve platform issues and improve user experience.

Monitor platform usage, performance, and service health, escalating issues as appropriate and documenting operational learnings.

Support intake, documentation, and management of enhancement requests, incidents, support processes, and operational workflows.

Contribute to knowledge articles, support documentation, training materials, user guides, and adoption resources.

Assist in developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and lightweight AI solutions to address emerging business needs.

Ensure platform activities align with security, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.

Stay informed on emerging GenAI technologies, capabilities, and industry trends to support innovation and continuous improvement.
This Consultant role is positioned one level below Senior Consultant GenAI developer roles and is designed as a growth path into advanced GenAI platform engineering, backend development, and Microsoft-stack AI solution delivery. The role combines regular platform support responsibilities with hands-on contribution to GenAI solution configuration, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
You are an enthusiastic technology professional with a passion for Generative AI, platform operations, and emerging technologies. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with diverse teams, learning new tools, and translating technical issues into clear actions and outcomes.
Required qualifications and skills

1–3 years of experience in technology, application support, platform administration, software development, automation, or related fields.

Strong interest in Generative AI technologies and their application to business challenges.

Foundational experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise software solutions.

Basic proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or related technologies.

Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts and agile delivery practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
Preferred experience -
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI technologies.

Experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based services.

Familiarity with ticketing and service management processes.

Understanding of AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, or large language model concepts.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
