Microsoft 365 & Cloud | Digital Transformation Team
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the Data & Security business unit as a Solutions Architect on the Digital Transformation Team. You will lead solution design and provide implementation guidance for client technology projects, translating business outcomes into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.
Microsoft 365 and cloud architecture are the core requirements for this role, complemented by hands-on experience planning and guiding Server, Azure, Endpoint, and Network migration initiatives.
As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with enterprise architects, project managers, solutions specialists, vendors, and client stakeholders. You will contribute technical leadership through discovery, assessment, solution design, project planning, implementation oversight, and transition to support.
You will be accountable for ensuring that recommended solutions solve defined client problems, align with business outcomes and industry best practices, and are clearly documented for successful delivery and operational handoff.
Solution Architecture & Design: Lead technical discovery and assessment activities. Develop current-state and target-state designs, migration approaches, implementation plans, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and technical acceptance criteria.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud: Architect Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, with emphasis on tenant, identity, collaboration, security, governance, endpoint management, and Azure integration requirements.
Migration Planning & Delivery Guidance: Design and guide server, Azure, endpoint, and network migrations. Define sequencing, coexistence, cutover, rollback, testing, validation, and transition-to-support requirements.
Project Implementation: Execute complex technical tasks when required and provide technical direction to assigned delivery resources to ensure the solution is implemented as designed.
Client Onboarding & Assessments: Collaborate with new clients, internal teams, and external vendors to assess environments, identify gaps, and define remediation or project work required to meet support, security, and compliance standards.
Security, Compliance & Resilience: Embed identity, access, data protection, security, compliance, business continuity, and operational support considerations into solution designs.
Technical Leadership: Facilitate design reviews, resolve technical issues and dependencies, guide technical decisions, and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce and maintain high-quality solution designs, diagrams, migration runbooks, implementation records, support documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. Ensure project changes are accurately handed off to Support Services at closure.
