Territory Manager - Construction Sector - Edmonton

Your Mission

We’re looking for a hunter-minded Territory Manager to expand our presence in the construction sector. If you love opening doors, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with contractors and decision-makers, this is your shot to own your territory and make a serious impact.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in growing Manulift’s presence in the construction industry. You'll have full freedom to develop your market and go after opportunities with no limits.

Your Impact

Direct sales with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers and developers.
Proactively develop your territory – with the goal of owning the majority market share.
Identify active and upcoming projects, build relationships with key decision-makers.
Daily hunting mindset – prospecting, cold calling, jobsite visits.
Understand customer challenges and offer solution-based equipment proposals.
Provide excellent follow-up and build lasting client relationships through a consultative approach.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to remove obstacles and close deals.
Maintain and update your CRM to track leads, pipeline, and performance.

Your Profile

Proven business development experience – you know how to find, approach, and close prospects.
Minimum 3 years of territory sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment, construction services, or a related field.
Strong understanding of how construction companies operate, including timelines, budget pressures, and project demands.
Clear track record of exceeding targets – you’re results-driven and relentless.
Independent, self-motivated, resilient, and solution-focused.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver’s license – this is a boots-on-the-ground role.
