Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sales, with the ability to engage customers and enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
Previous fitness industry experience is highly valued.
Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a well-organized sales floor.
Stay updated on new products and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
