Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress / Customer assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fabricating and repairing high-quality garments and possess strong sewing skills. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and creativity are essential.

As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for producing, altering, and repairing various types of clothing and textile products.

As a customer assistant, you will be in charge of greeting, taking measurements and helping clients with all their garment needs.

Responsibilities

Fabricate garments according to specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Alter existing clothing items to fit customer requirements or design specifications.
Operate sewing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Maintain an organized workspace, including proper storage of fabrics and tools.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and fulfill customer orders.
Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring materials are stocked appropriately.

Skills

Proficient in sewing techniques and fabric manipulation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce precise work.
Familiarity with various types of fabrics and their properties.
Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and other related equipment.
Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Must speak and read English fluently.
