Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for a growing manufacturing organization.

Pay Rate: $55,000 + 2% uncapped commission on all new business generated
Location: Greater Toronto Area | Field-Based | On the Road
Shift: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and networking activities to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
Manage and grow key accounts while generating new revenue streams
Utilize a proactive "door-knocking" and outbound sales approach to introduce products and services to prospective customers
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to successfully close sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer information, activities, and opportunities using Dynamics 365 CRM or similar platforms
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven success in Outside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Territory Sales, or Account Management
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience developing new business and managing existing accounts
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Experience within manufacturing, construction, building materials, distribution, wholesale, or related industries is considered an asset
Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
