THE GOAL
To deliver best-in-class technical solutions across a broad array of clients in different industries utilizing the tech stack best suited to solving the problem with a focus on delivering business value for our clients.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and implement application based technical solutions using a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies.
Provide expert-level proficiency in multiple tech stacks.
Make practical decisions focused on solving problems and delivering business value.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to your development team.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary client services team and manage your time across multiple projects in a results-driven environment.
React to shifting priorities in a productive manner with a client services focus.

THE REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of industry experience building large scale technical solutions.
Deep understanding of solution design using the best tools for the job, including architecture, system design, data analysis and management, and cloud platforms.
Proven track record of delivering code that is secure, scales, and performs in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity and experience utilizing AI tools to deliver efficient and streamlined deliverables.
Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leaders.
Experience working in a consulting services environment.
Collaborative team player, with strong communication skills.
An ability to be in an office environment in Calgary as required.
