About Syroscape

I'm Dan, founder of Syroscape. We're a lean, profitable, AI-forward agency running paid media for established B2B SaaS companies. I've personally run fulfillment for five years. I'm moving to the other side of the world and handing it over, end to end. This role exists so that clients are looked after by someone excellent in their time zone while I focus on growing the company.

What you're getting into:

This is a head-of role at a small shop. The team you'll run is currently three people: a junior media buyer, a creative strategist, and, over time, whoever you decide we hire next. You will be hands-on in accounts every week. This is a player/coach seat, not a delegation seat.

This is the opposite of a corporate environment... You'll have full ownership of client delivery, a direct line to the founder, comp that pays out on the results you control, no bureaucracy, and the chance to build the delivery machine your way including, choosing team members, building systems, SOPs and of course AI tooling.

If you've run your own agency, or led delivery somewhere small enough that you did every job yourself at some point, this will feel like home. If you need a team of specialists executing your slide decks, it won't.

What you'll own:

Client outcomes, end to end: paid media strategy and hands-on execution (Google Ads and Meta, roughly $5K–$500K+/month per client, average around $30-50k/m), tracking and attribution, lead quality and the CAC:LTV math behind every budget decision, client calls and relationships — including the hard conversations — and the team's work quality.

When a client's pipeline drops, you're the person who works out whether it's tracking, the offer, sales follow-up, or the market, before touching a single bid. You'll also build the systems (QA, reporting, playbooks, AI workflows) that let the agency scale past what any one person can hold in their head.

We've got a solid agency OS that we've built that has allowed us to scale quickly that you'd be working with as well.

What you'll need

6+ years hands-on paid media with real B2B SaaS depth: programs measured on SQLs and pipeline, fluency in deal sizes, sales cycles, and LTV-based CAC ceilings with numbers from accounts you personally ran
You've run a business or a team: hired, trained, QA'd other people's work, and been the one accountable when it broke
Deep, current Google Ads and Meta expertise; budgets of $50K+/month owned and scaled
Tracking chops: GA4, GTM, offline conversion imports, you debug it yourself
Comfort with the money side: funnel math, margins, cohort thinking
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English; you'll lead client calls solo
Daily working use of AI tools; you'll help build ours
US Eastern business hours, five days a week, and able to start within about 2-4 weeks

Compensation

Base: USD $84,000/year
Retention bonus: up to $18,000/year, paid quarterly when the client book you own holds ≥90% revenue retention
Extension bonuses each time a client you run graduates from a 3-month engagement to 6 or 12 months
On-target earnings: ~$114,000–$120,000, with a growth kicker on expanded and new accounts once fulfillment is fully yours — meaningful headroom above OTE for someone who makes the client book grow
Fully remote · 20 days PTO + statutory holidays · benefits via employer-of-record (Canada) or equivalent

We're deliberate about this structure: the money is biggest in exactly the months the agency wins. If you want a high flat salary detached from outcomes, we're the wrong spot for you!
