Air Filter Sales & Service is looking for a highly organized, people‑focused, detail‑driven Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. What You Will Be Doing:

Providing administrative support to multiple internal teams, including sales, service, production, human resources, accounting, and operations
Participating in day-to-day operations (answer phones, manage inventory, order office supplies, general housekeeping, etc.)
Maintaining and organizing digital files and shared resources using Explorer, Word, Excel, OneNote and MS Lists
Assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing of internal and external events
Creating, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft programs to support daily Service Team operations
Perform data entry, digital filing, and general office organization
Processing, verifying and updating electronic files, data entry, digital filing, and general office organization.

What You Will Bring:

4+ years of experience working in an administrative support role
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An outgoing and friendly disposition with a strong focus on customer service
Detail‑oriented work style with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi‑task and stay organized while managing a heavy workload
Desire to work in a fast‑paced team environment
Strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and stay focused despite frequent interruption
A confident personality with a good sense of humour
