The Taco Shop is a year old, authentic, vibrant and family-friendly Mexican restaurant on Bourbon Street in West Edmonton Mall and we are on the lookout to add a Jr. Sous Chef to our BOH management team to elevate it to new heights!

We're a locally owned, vibrant Mexican eatery that is burst onto the culinary scene in May 2024 and have been extremely busy since we opened. In a short period of time, The Taco Shop has become a go-to destination for Taco lovers, Tequila enthusiasts, and those who appreciate good times in West Edmonton! With our commitment to exceptional service, top-notch Margaritas, and a fun-filled atmosphere, we’re crafting a unique, authentic Mexican dining experience that will keep guests coming back for more.

We use only the finest Mexican ingredients, partnering with authentic Mexican suppliers, and are bringing an upgraded, authentic Mexican experience to the Edmonton culinary scene.

Experienced Leaders: If you've got 3+ years of proven experience managing teams in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!
