Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of various programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a background in program management. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring program objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The Program Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive environment that promotes growth, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.

Duties

Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and policies to ensure alignment with organizational mission.
Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and community members to facilitate program activities and outreach efforts.
Oversee daily operations of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports on program performance, outcomes, and financial status for senior management.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and maintain high standards of service.
Address any issues or challenges that arise within programs promptly to ensure minimal disruption to services.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in program management or supervisory roles within a related field.
Strong background in administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

Level 3 Childcare Certificate (required)
