Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator (Full-time / Part-time)
Location: 800 Carleton Ct, Delta, BC (On-site / Hybrid depending on experience)

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to help grow our online presence and support our expanding product portfolio. If you enjoy digital marketing, graphic design, social media, AI tools, and e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Website Management
- Manage, update, and optimize the company Shopify website.
- Upload new products, images, descriptions, manuals, and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate and visually appealing product pages.
- Ensure website content is current and organized for the best customer experience.
Marketing Materials & Content Creation
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, product catalogs, promotional materials, and digital advertisements.
- Create marketing assets for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor engagement and maintain regular posting schedules.
- Assist with short-form video production, product demonstrations, and educational content (on-camera appearance is a plus).
AI & Digital Marketing
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar software to improve productivity and content creation.
- Generate marketing copy, product descriptions, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and help improve brand awareness.
Marketing Support
- Assist with product launches, trade shows, educational events, and marketing campaigns.
- Organize marketing assets and maintain digital files.
- Support the sales team with brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing resources.
Office & Operations Support
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Provide customer service support by responding to basic inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Organize marketing materials, product samples, inventory, and office supplies.
- Assist with preparing, packing, labeling, and shipping products when needed.
- Help set up meeting rooms, training sessions, trade shows, and company events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Assist with lifting, moving, and organizing products or boxes when required (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Perform other duties and provide general support to the team as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin is an asset).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Shopify is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design/editing software.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management is preferred.
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry is considered an asset.
- Comfortable performing light physical tasks and assisting with general office and operational duties when needed.
