Full job description

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and support high-volume hiring across multiple roles.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and working toward daily targets in a team environment.

What You Will Do:

Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive candidate experience
Accurately document candidate interactions and maintain organized records
Support interview scheduling and follow-up communications
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals
Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For:

Bilingual in English and French (required)
Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment (13–15 calls/hour)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is an asset

Important: Seasonal Work Structure

Due to our business cycle, this role includes two planned seasonal layoffs per year:

Mid-May to Mid-July
Late November to December

Ce que vous ferez :

Effectuer des présélections téléphoniques à grand volume afin d’évaluer les qualifications et l’adéquation des candidats
Être le premier point de contact et offrir une expérience candidat positive
Documenter avec précision les interactions et maintenir des dossiers organisés
Soutenir la planification des entrevues et les communications de suivi
Collaborer avec les recruteurs et les gestionnaires d’embauche afin d’atteindre les objectifs de recrutement
Appuyer diverses tâches administratives liées au recrutement au besoin

Profil recherché :

Bilinguisme en anglais et en français (obligatoire)
Excellentes compétences en communication et aisance au téléphone
À l’aise dans un environnement à grand volume (13 à 15 appels/heure)
Grand sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide
Expérience en recrutement, ressources humaines ou service à la clientèle (atout)

Important : structure de travail saisonnière

En raison de notre cycle d’affaires, ce poste comprend deux périodes de mise à pied planifiées chaque année :

Mi-mai à mi-juillet
Fin novembre à décembre
