Full job description

Nous cherchons un Gestionnaire Réseaux Sociaux et Designer graphique pour joindre notre département créatif. Ce rôle hybride combine la gestion des réseaux sociaux, la production photo/vidéo, le design graphique et le soutien événementiel.

Vous créerez et gérerez la présence sociale de notre marque sur plusieurs plateformes, produirez du contenu visuel de haute qualité (photographie, vidéographie et design), et soutiendrez nos événements sportifs et activations de marque.
Vous gérerez la création de contenu, la construction de communauté et le marketing stratégique, en collaboration avec nos équipes de design et marketing pour générer un engagement authentique auprès de notre audience et de nos ambassadeurs.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Gestion Réseaux Sociaux

Créer, planifier et publier du contenu personnalisé (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Rédiger des textes engageants et stratégiques pour de multiples plateformes
Organiser et développer une communauté engageante sur les réseaux et auprès des ambassadeurs
Analyser les tendances mensuelles pour orienter la stratégie créative avec les designers

Production Photo & Vidéo

Production en studio : photographier et filmer les produits de la marque
Édition vidéo : monter et éditer avec les outils créatifs (Suite Adobe, CapCut, Davinci, etc…)
Retouche photo/video
Créer du contenu visuel cohérent avec l'identité de marque

Design Graphique

Collaborer avec l'équipe design sur publications et campagnes
Contribuer à la création des newsletters
Assurer la cohérence graphique des newsletters
Créer et développer du contenu avec l’intelligence artificielle (Magnific, Adobe Ai, Nano Banana & plus)

Événementiel & Relations Publiques

Soutenir l'organisation d'événements sportifs et activations
Créer du contenu autour des événements (photos, vidéos, posts)
Renforcer les relations avec ambassadeurs
Assister aux événements pour capturer du contenu authentique

Expérience requise

Minimum 3-5 ans en design graphique et en gestion de réseaux sociaux
Expérience démontrée en production photo et vidéo
Expérience en événementiel, PR ou domaines connexes
Compréhension des mécaniques de création de contenu

Compétences Techniques

Suite Adobe, CapCut, Davinci, Outil Ai, etc.
Édition vidéo et retouche photo professionnelle
Expérience en studio photo

Compétences Interpersonnelles

Excellente rédaction en anglais et français
Autonomie et gestion du temps
Travail collaboratif en équipe
Passion pour l'industrie fitness/nutrition sportive

Temps plein au bureau

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to join our creative department.

This hybrid role combines social media management, photo/video production, graphic design and event support.

Creating and managing our brand's social presence across multiple platforms,

producing high-quality visual content (photography, videography, and design), and supporting our sports events and brand activations. You will manage content creation, community building, and strategic marketing, collaborating with our design and marketing teams to drive authentic engagement with our audience and ambassadors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

Create, plan and publish personalized content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Write engaging and strategic texts for multi-channel platforms
Build and develop an engaging community on social networks among the audience & Brand Ambassadors
Analyze monthly trends to guide creative strategy with designers

Photo & Video Production

Studio production: photograph and film the brand's products
Video editing: edit with creative tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Davinci, etc...)
Photo retouching with Adobe Suite and Ai software
Create visual content consistent with brand identity

Graphic Design

Collaborate with the design team on publications and campaigns
Contribute to the creation of newsletters
Ensure graphic consistency of newsletters
Create and develop Ai visuals and videos. (Magnific, Adobe Ai, Nano Banana & more).

Events & Public Relations

Support the organization of sports events and activations
Create content around events (photos, videos, posts)
Strengthen relationships with ambassadors
Assist at events to capture authentic content

Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 years in graphic design and social media management
Demonstrated experience in photo and video production
Experience in events, public relations (PR) or social media management

Technical Skills

Adobe Suite, CapCut, Davinci, Ai tools.
Professional video editing and photo retouching
Studio photo/video experience

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent writing in English and French
Autonomy and time management
Collaborative teamwork
Passion for the fitness/sports nutrition industry
