About Lifemark Physiotherapy Vancouver Broadway
Located just steps from Commercial–Broadway SkyTrain Station, Lifemark Physiotherapy Vancouver Broadway has proudly served the East Vancouver community for over 10 years. Our multidisciplinary clinic is home to a close-knit team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, hand therapists, chiropractors, and dedicated administrative professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centred care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including private, WorkSafeBC, ICBC, and PCVRS clients of all ages, while collaborating with experienced clinicians specializing in vestibular rehabilitation, hand therapy, pelvic health, TMJ, IMS/dry needling, and custom orthotics and splinting. Whether you're building on your clinical expertise or pursuing a new area of interest, you'll be supported through mentorship, continuing education, and a family-oriented culture that values autonomy, flexibility, teamwork, and fun.
Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
