WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Skin Therapist and Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be working alongside the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting customer service 
Work with clients to explain treatment prior to their appointment as well as offering add ons to their experience  
Promote health and wellness benefits of facials 
Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
Follow up with clients post service to maintain client relationships and top level customer service
Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines 
Maintain a professional work environment and appearance 
Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date

QUALIFICATIONS 

Esthetic diploma or equivalent 
Knowledge of skincare lines and products 
Outstanding customer service skills 
Schedule flexibility - available evenings and weekends 
Strong team player 
Dermalogica product line trained an asset 
Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
