What is the opportunity?

This is a unique and specialized opportunity to deliver financial planning and tax strategies to clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Wealth Specialist within Bessette Wealth Management, you’ll manage a portfolio of complex, holistic wealth plans, build lasting client relationships, and provide expert guidance on wealth strategies. You’ll own your projects end-to-end while collaborating with a talented team—this role rewards organization, initiative, and an unwavering commitment to client experience.

What will you do?

Present financial plans with clients, confidently explaining strategies and recommendations as a trusted expert
Develop and execute personalized tax planning and financial strategies, with expertise in family trusts, estate planning, and wealth optimization
Support relationship managers on planning and tax inquiries, ensuring seamless client service
Manage multiple client files simultaneously, ensuring meticulous organization and timely delivery
Build relationships with key partners to provide a coordinated, seamless client experience
Master the tools and software used to develop and deliver financial plans, and leverage AI to work efficiently
Collaborate with RBC partners and internal team members to coordinate comprehensive client solutions
Take ownership of project prioritization and execution with minimal supervision

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

CFP designation required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
Genuine passion for client experience and helping others succeed
Confidence to meet with clients as an expert
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different personalities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Self-starter mentality—ability to prioritize independently and manage your workload
Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and delivery

Nice to have

CPA designation
2–3 years of tax planning experience within an accounting firm
