OBJECTIFS DU POSTE

Le gestionnaire de projet est responsable des équipes de projets multidisciplinaires. Il assure la direction, la conduite, la coordination et le soutien nécessaire à la réussite du lancement, de la planification, de l'exécution, du suivi et de la clôture des projets de out-licensing, in-licensing, transfert technologique et de nouveau développement.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

S'assurer que les projets sont convenablement entamés (Kick off/charte de projet) et que les informations techniques nécessaires aux projets de out-licensing, in-licensing, transfert ou de nouveaux développements ont été fournies par le client.
Développer et mettre à jour des plans de projet détaillés englobant la portée du projet à travers la mise en œuvre globale du projet.
Évaluer et optimiser le temps nécessaire pour la réalisation des différentes étapes d’un projet.
Coordonner toute la documentation requise du projet.
Établir des jalons clés conformes aux directives réglementaires.
Suivre les dépenses opérationnelles et en capital pour chaque projet.
S’assurer d’être un leader pour les équipes multidisciplinaires en assurant la coordination des projets et le soutien des équipes durant l’exécution des projets.
Assurer la collaboration de divers départements - production, validation, QA, QC, Pharm Dev, TT, RA, SA pour le succès du projet
Communication proactive des informations clés du projet à toutes les parties prenantes concernées.
Assurer une communication efficace des calendriers, de l'état d'avancement et des besoins du projet à tous les membres de l'équipe de projet et aux parties prenantes.
Identifier, escalader et suivre les risques du projet pouvant perturber le bon déroulement du projet.
Communiquer à la direction les préoccupations relatives au calendrier et à la portée des changements.
Respecter et maintenir la conformité aux lignes directrices sur les BPF.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente dans le cadre du poste.

EXIGENCES ET APTITUDES

Baccalauréat en Sciences.
3 à 5 ans en Gestion de projets, expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
Expérience et bonne compréhension de la fabrication et/ou de la R&D.
Bonne connaissance de la réglementation canadienne (Santé Canada) et américaine (FDA), des lignes directrices de l’ICH et capacité à interpréter les politiques et lignes directrices.
Détenir une certification PMP, un atout.
Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, oral et écrit.
Coordination et suivi des étapes de plusieurs projets en parallèle.
Maîtrise du logiciel Ms Project et/ou Smartsheet.

JOB OBJECTIVES

The project manager is responsible for aligning the multidisciplinary project teams. He provides the direction, progress, coordination and support necessary for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of out-licensing, in-licensing, technology transfer and new development projects.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Ensure that projects are properly initiated (Kick off / project charter) and that the technical information necessary for out-licensing, in-licensing, transfer projects or new developments has been provided by the client.
Develop and update detailed project plans encompassing the project scope through the overall implementation of the project.
Evaluate and optimize the time needed to complete the different stages of a project.
Coordinate all required project documentation.
Establish key milestones consistent with regulatory guidelines.
Track operational and capital expenditure for each project.
To be a leader for the multidisciplinary teams by ensuring the coordination of the projects and the support of the teams during their execution.
Ensure the collaboration with various departments - production, validation, QA, QC, Pharm Dev, TT, RA, SA for the success of the project.
Proactive communication of key project information to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication of project timelines, progress and requirements to all project team members and stakeholders.
Identify, escalate and track project risks that may disrupt the progress of the project.
Communicate concerns regarding timeline and scope changes to the management team
Meet and maintain compliance with GMP guidelines.
Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Bachelor of Science.
3 to 5 years in Project Management, experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Experience and good understanding of manufacturing and/or R&D.
Good knowledge of Canadian (Health Canada) and American (FDA) regulations, ICH Guidelines and ability to interpret policies and guidelines.
PMP certification is an asset.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and follow-up the steps of several projects in parallel.
Proficiency in Ms Project and/or Smartsheet.
