Join the Traffic Pro Services team and earn a $300 hiring incentive bonus after successfully completing 3 months of employment with the company. We value our employees' commitment, reliability, and dedication to providing safe and professional traffic control services.

Now Hiring: Traffic Control Person (TCP) & Lane Control Technician (LCT) – Duncan & Nanaimo

Join Traffic Pro Services – Expertly Planning Traffic Control Services Since 2008

Traffic Pro Services is urgently hiring Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) and Lane Control Technicians (LCTs) in the Duncan & Nanaimo area. If you’re looking to build a long-term career in the construction traffic control industry, this is your opportunity to join a respected, safety-driven, employee-owned company.

Competitive Pay Rates

TCP (new ticket holders): starting at $21.13/hr
Experienced TCP: starting at $22.25/hr
LCT: starting at $27.50/hr, increasing to $29.27+/hr after probation (based on performance)

Rates do not include vacation pay or statutory pay. No hidden deductions.

Take-home work trucks for approved LCTs (GPS-equipped & fully stocked with traffic control equipment)
Fuel cards are provided for work vehicles
Less office downtime – we set you up for success in the field
Monday–Friday scheduling, with weekends available

Signatory company with IBEW Local 258

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s licence
Reliable personal vehicle (required for TCP positions)
Ability to use a cell phone for communication, scheduling, and site coordination
Availability Monday to Friday, with one weekend day per month
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability

LCT Additional Requirements

Ability to read and interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
Leadership on-site and ability to support TCP crews
