Overview
The Architectural Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing the Anthony Concrete Design brand through business development, client relationship management, marketing, and sales support.
This position combines business development, marketing, client relationship management, sales support, quotation preparation, and administrative coordination, serving as a key point of contact for architects, designers, builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while representing the company professionally in both virtual and in-person settings.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan, create, manage, and schedule content across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
- Develop newsletters, blog posts, featured project articles, and website content.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Coordinate project photography and maintain marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external marketing partners on digital advertising, SEO, geofencing, and HTML/static advertisements.
- Maintain brochures, presentations, product literature, and digital marketing materials.
- Coordinate monthly marketing meetings and quarterly marketing strategy reviews.
Sales & Generate New Business
- Research and develop new business opportunities through prospect research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and homeowners.
- Conduct introductory calls, emails, and follow-up communications.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, deliver virtual product presentations, and conduct facility tours.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Submit monthly GNB activity to leadership
Quoting & Sales Support
- Prepare, review, and issue project quotations.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales conversion.
- Coordinate product sample requests, inventory, packaging, and shipping.
- Review pricing with leadership to ensure project accuracy.
- Schedule monthly sales meetings, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain digital files, project documentation, CRM records, and Monday.com boards.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed
- Coordinate meetings and support project administration.
- Assist with additional marketing, sales, and operational initiatives as required.
Required Skills
Architectural & Industry Knowledge:
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design concepts.
- Familiarity with interior design principles and contemporary architectural styles.
- Basic experience with SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software is considered an asset.
Marketing & Content Skills
- Competence in social media management across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with content planning, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Basic photography skills for capturing or coordinating visual content.
- Ability to write engaging captions and email outreach messages.
- Comfort updating digital marketing assets (brochures, cards, images).
Business Development & Client Communication
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities (phone, email and in-person).
- Ability to identify and research new leads, prospects, and markets.
- Experience conducting outreach and following up professionally and persistently.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support clients through early project stages.
Administrative & Organizational Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as quoting and scheduling.
- Strong organizational habits for managing digital resources and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate meetings, calendars, and cross-team communication.
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as Monday.com
General Skills
- Creativity, curiosity, and an interest in craftsmanship

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, estimating, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, building products, or a related industry is considered an asset.
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing, content creation, or creative work is considered an asset.
- Experience in a design studio, fabrication shop, or creative agency is beneficial.
