Job Overview
Are you looking for a rewarding outdoor job where you can stay active, work with a great team, and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes? The Squires Lawn & Garden is hiring motivated, hardworking individuals for landscape and maintenance work in the Hamilton/Burlington area.

As a family-run business with over 40 years of experience, we specialize in providing high-quality lawn and garden care to residential and commercial clients across Ontario. Responsibilities

Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
Assist in the construction and maintenance of garden beds, lawns, and other landscape features.
Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with landscape equipment, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
