Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Conseiller Technique pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Description du poste

Accueillir les clients et préparer les bons de réparation de leur véhicule.
Proposer des services d’inspection de sécurité, lubrification et travaux d’esthétique.
Expliquer aux clients la nature des travaux d’entretien ou de réparation à réaliser et les délais requis.
Préparer et expliquer la facture de réparation aux clients.
Être responsable du suivi rigoureux des réparations de véhicules des clients afin d'assurer une communication claire, un service efficace et une satisfaction optimale.

Qualifications et expérience

· Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste comparable

· Bilingue – français et anglais (oral et écrit)

· Diplôme d’études secondaires (ou équivalent) minimum

· Disposer d’un permis de conduire

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Description:

Greet customers and prepare repair orders for their vehicles.
Recommend safety inspections, lubrication services, and detailing work.
Explain to customers the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be performed and the estimated time required.
Prepare and explain the repair invoice to customers.
Be responsible for closely monitoring vehicle repairs to ensure clear communication, efficient service, and optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Valid driver’s license.

Salary:
