Full job description

Eagle Machine Inc. is an established company operating for over 45 years. We are currently seeking an experienced manual machinist.

A qualified manual machinist must be capable of working at a fast pace on projects that require precision. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. You will be working alongside experienced and seasoned machinists, and our work can be very technical.

Able to utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
Able to work in a positive team environment, where every member of the team acts and feels part of a cohesive unit
Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimum direction
Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe, professional, and efficient manner
Follow all lockout/tag-out procedures and safety regulations as required
Must be willing to perform other duties/tasks that are of a reasonable request by Management

Minimum Qualifications

Basic knowledge of machining
A high degree of mechanical aptitude
Ability to read drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manuals
Good communicator in the English language, both written and oral

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

May be required to lift +50 lbs. (with or without assistance)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
