About the Role

Do you have a passion for fashion, styling, and helping people look and feel their best? Are you naturally confident, outgoing, and great at connecting with people?

Precious Eyes Optometry is looking for a Frame Stylist & Sales Specialist to join our team. Optical or optometry experience is definitely an asset, but it is not required. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, a great eye for style, and love helping people find the perfect look, we would love to meet you!

Our goal is simple: help every patient find eyewear that they absolutely love. Whether it’s everyday optical glasses or the perfect pair of sunglasses, you’ll play an important role in creating a personalized styling experience.

What You’ll Do

Help patients select frames and sunglasses that complement their personal style, facial features, lifestyle, and needs
Provide confident and personalized styling recommendations
Build genuine relationships with patients and create an exceptional customer experience
Use strong sales skills to confidently present eyewear, lens options, and upgrades
Stay knowledgeable about current eyewear trends, brands, colours, shapes, and styling
Assist with frame selection, measurements, orders, adjustments, and follow-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical display
Pay close attention to details to ensure orders and patient information are accurate
Work collaboratively with our optometry and optical team
Contribute to achieving monthly sales and eyewear-retention goals

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
A strong sense of fashion, styling, and colour coordination
Confidence speaking with and selling to customers
A positive, friendly, and professional personality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
A genuine passion for helping people find eyewear they love
Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays

Experience in an optical or optometry setting is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to consider candidates from fashion, retail, beauty, luxury retail, or other customer-facing sales environments.

If you can walk into a room and immediately know what frames would look amazing on someone, have a natural talent for styling, and know how to turn a conversation into a great sale, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
