Insurance Sales Advisor - Uncapped Earning Potential

Bilingual considered an asset

Location: Hybrid, in-office training + work from home flexibility
Compensation: Base + Commission, uncapped earning potential

About the Opportunity

We're a fast-growing insurance agency with a small team and big vision, looking for a high-performing Sales Advisor who is ready to grow, contribute, and build something meaningful.

This is not a "clock in, clock out" role.

This is for someone who wants to take ownership of their results, collaborate with leadership, bring fresh ideas to the table, and be part of a team that's building momentum.

You'll have the structure, support, and leadership needed to succeed, with the freedom to execute, innovate, and grow your income.

You're someone who:

Has proven sales experience and knows how to close
Is hungry, driven, and motivated by results, not just a paycheck
Brings ideas, not just effort, you think like an owner, not an employee
Thrives in a collaborative environment but respects leadership and direction

Is coachable, but confident and proactive
Doesn't need to be micromanaged, but values accountability and structure

What You'll Be Responsible For

Building and managing your own pipeline
Conducting client consultations and closing new business
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell, especially in life and commercial insurance
Following up consistently and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing ideas to improve processes, client experience, and growth
Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in sales, insurance experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-discipline, consistency, and a high level of personal accountability
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Willingness to obtain or has OTL and LLQP licenses
