Job description

Directs food preparation and collaborates with the Head Chef.
Ensure kitchen is kept clean and in compliance with food safety standards.
Ensuring all assigned production is of the best possible quality.
Work cooperatively as part of a team, and is always respectful of other staff, clients or customers.
Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen's performance.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Oversees stocking, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients, ensuring that necessary ingredients are available and as fresh as possible while also minimizing spoilage and waste.
Maintains kitchen budget.
